PHP Announces Foundation Grant Awards for 2025

The PHP Foundation is committed to fostering healthier communities by addressing the health and wellness needs of low-income, high-risk individuals in the areas it serves. Serving a broad geographic footprint across Northern Indiana, the PHP Foundation empowers charitable organizations to create impactful programming that meets the critical needs of vulnerable populations.

The PHP Foundation has named grant recipients for 2025––awards totaling $623,000. To date, the PHP Foundation has awarded grants in excess of $10 million, touching countless lives and helping fill valuable medical, dental, mental health, educational and access needs within the communities we serve.
