The following is a list of local organizations that offer PHP members discounts. Just by showing your PHP ID card you are eligible to receive special discounts. Discounts vary with each organization.

American Red Cross of Northeast Indiana

The YMCA of Elkhart County is also offering any PHP member (regardless of their YMCA membership status) a one-on-one personal training package for $75 (valued at $100). YMCA of Fort Wayne and Columbia City

Just for being a PHP member and presenting your PHP ID card, you can save $48 annually on a Family Membership, $39 annually on a Single-Parent Membership or $36 annually on a Single-Adult Membership at either the Fort Wayne or Columbia City YMCA. The YMCA is also offering any PHP member (regardless of their YMCA membership status) a one-on-one personal training package for $75 (valued at $170).

Physicians Health Plan has teamed up with the Elkhart Express to announce the game dates for the "PHP Purple Card Night" program. PHP Purple Card Nights with the Fort Wayne Komets

As a PHP member, you can receive discounted ticket rates to see the Fort Wayne Komets live in action. Just present your PHP membership card at the Coliseum Ticket Window, you will save $5.00 off the price of an adult or senior upper arena ticket and $3.00 off a student upper arena ticket. Children under the age of 12 get into the game FREE with the purchase of an adult, senior or student ticket. Members may purchase up to four discount tickets per PHP membership card. PHP has teamed up with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants to announce game dates for the “PHP Purple Card Night” program. PHP Purple Card Nights with the Fort Wayne Wizards

As a PHP member, you can receive discounted ticket rates to see the Fort Wayne Wizards compete at Memorial Stadium on scheduled PHP Purple Card Nights. Just by showing your PHP membership card at the Ticket Window, you will save $2 off the price of any ticket (including box, grandstand, and bleacher seats). Children under the age of 2 are free. The "PHP Purple Card Nights" for the 2008 season are:
