In our efforts to ensure that all of our members have the information they need to obtain quality healthcare, we have the ability to interpret over 140 different languages for non-English speaking members. Our Customer Service Department will coordinate with a translator to get immediate answers to your questions. Call or write us for more information.

How to File a Grievance
We at PHP want to provide you with the highest quality of healthcare coverage. If you have concerns about your coverage, or questions regarding a claim payment, a grievance procedure has been established that allows you to request a reconsideration of any decision that you disagree with. To begin the process, please call or write to your Customer Service Department, stating your question or concern. We will assist you in any way we can.
